Hello, I’m Tracy and I look forward to working with you. I bring more than 20 years of experience helping people organize and manage their spaces, with a background spanning arts administration, association management, and retail operations at The Container Store. This diverse experience has given me skills in both hands-on, solo work and large-sale organizational systems. Throughout my career, my strengths , education and attention to detail have been strengths along with a passion for creative problem-solving. I also bring personal experience navigating elder care, estate transitions, and supporting neurodivergent family members—challenges that have deepened my understanding of how organization impacts daily life. Professional organizing has become my favorite career because it lets me use my superpowers while doing what I truly enjoy: getting to know people and helping them conquer challenges, especially when we can have fun in the process!
